The answer is an incredibly fun itinerary featuring beautiful, latest technology E bikes boasting Bosch Performance Motors. They make the Tuscany hills and pedaling a breeze! And the technology is amazing, you can work out as little or as much as you like \u2013 there are four levels of motor assistance, as well as a fifth setting which allows you to pedal the bike with the motor off, just like a regular bike. These amazing new technology E bikes are quiet whilst pedaling with the motor engaged and cool to look at, not the awkward models of the past. \nThis E bike itinerary is an amazing bike ride in the area of Chianti Classico. This is an unforgettable journey on two wheels on very quiet backroads, past gorgeous vineyards and olive groves in the heart of Chianti Classico wine country.
\nThere are a few gradual climbs along the way \u2013 greatly rewarded with amazing panorama \u2013 some of the best in Chianti.
\nThe ride starts in Gaiole in Chianti, a quiet and very beautiful wine village, as well as home to the world famous vintage bike race called L\u2019 Eroica.
\nWe bike south towards Siena on the Chiantigiana road, then continue to a gorgeous 11th century castle, one of the largest and best maintained fortified castles in the Chianti area. This castle was the birthplace for Chianti Classico wines in the late 1800\u2019s.
\nWe ride on a mix of gravel and paved roads on this ride, also stopping to admire quint villages and castles along the way such as Lucignano, Monti and Castello di Cacchiano.
\nAfterwards, we will taste the best wines and vintages from a prestigious estate, which is has been in the same noble family for over 35 generations.
\nThere is time for an optional stop for lunch (not included in the tour price) at the flagship winery restaurant or other nearby bars and trattoria.
